Day 14
If you have something that bother you, you are hard to focus on your work. To be an essencialist, we have to solve our Biggest problem that bother us. But the thig that bother you is hard to solve and it is even hard to find what the problem it is.
If people know their own problem exactly, they can do better work than ever. Also it means people can be happier than ever. I knew what kind of things bother me right now, so I decided to figure it out. I am not sure I can solve this problem. But if I didn't do anything about this, it will keep disturbing my concentration.
My THING is the food. Food that makes my family healthy. It keep bothering me after my pregnancy, and it didn't solve until now. It was already over 4 years right now. I've been felt anxiety for family health and food, but I didn't know how to figure it out. I didn't know where to start at all.
Recently I realized that I should do tiny small step for this first. If I do something for this, I could remove my anxiety and then I could focus on my REAL THING. Even I couldn't solve my original problem that bother me. Small step and doing thing steady are most important thing in our life.
