Habit is everything

Day 22

Today, I decided to laid-back a little bit. Because I realized I always try to put more and more in my daily schedule. I never give me some rest for myself. I felt guilty when I watch Youtube or Netflix. I thought that was way to much. I want to relax a little bit more. Then I pushed my schedule a little bit than usual.

In the evening, after my kids fall a sleep and I though 'Maybe I can skip my daily wiriting just once. Because I am so tired and I am so sleepy.' At that time, my husband wake me up and said, "Didn't you say you should write an essay in English?" So I woke up and write an essay right now. I thanks for him, but I hated it a little bit. But actually I thanks to him a lot. 

My habit has been becoming my family's routine. If you want to change your life, you should make a good habit. If you made your own good habit, habit became your own. everybody aound you help you to keep your habit. Habit make you better. If so, you can make better habit more and more. Habit is everything.
