Preface
If you read this book, it means I made one of my dream come ture. I really want to publish my own book in English, even when I had poor English skills. I always want to be a rich. But I don't know how. I've just believed I can be a rich if I can go to a college I've been always dreamed about. I was stupid. That's why I had really hard time in my 20's and early 30's.
I really wanted to change my life, but I don't know how. I felt upset about my reality and circumstance, and I was always in a hurry. That didn't helpful at all. I thought I did my best, but it didn't. I didn't do my best in proper way. There has efficient and best way to change our life. I found my way from books and good people. That's why I want to share with this in my book. I am looking forward to share all these things and I believed it might be helpful to change others life. I will be glad to hear that if you can change your life after reading this book. If you so, I hope you can share this with your precious friends and family.
The power of change : Anxiety
I was sensetive kid. I felt blue sometimes and I overwhelmed by all kind of inspirations around me.
I had a lots of questions in our life. But I don’t know where to get the answers.
I always knew what I want. But I didn't know what I can do. I really wanted to have my own beautiful family. Also I wanted to my successful career. But these two things are hard to co-exist. So I started to find out how can I do both. I am a stubborn with my dreams. I didn't listen to my parants if they're bothering my desire. I didn't make a big trouble in my childhood, but I had gutfeeling in my own desire. I believed I can do both. I decided to not to give up on that.
The power of movement : Fear
I love portrait, babies, trees. I also love to discuss some kind of questions in our life. Maybe I have a huge curiosity in life journey. I thought I've always dreamed about traveling all over the world. But now I realized that I want to know people who I liked, who I never met before. However, One day I found out there are so many people around me didn't feel happy in their life. I am not a Gandhi or Mother Teresa, even I don't want to be like them. But I feel fear of life, if people I liked didn't satisfy their own life, I also couldn't spend the happiest time.
That's why I started to study about self-esteem, money, career, retirement, time, sleep, and habit. I always had no confidence in my strength. I didn't know what I can do and what my strength is. I loved to explore lots of things. I love to watch Netflix, Youtube, books, all kinds of contents. That makes me feel upset, I thought I am just a contents consumer. One day, I decided I have to be a producer in my contents. That is the turning point in my life.
I started to write, make a team, make my own channel, open the space. I challenge more, learn more from that failure. Do something is simple but it’s not easy.
Responsibility: power not to be exhausted
When I was young, I’ve been dreamed of a life of freedom. I thought I can spend a fantastic life after graduating from high school. But it wasn’t. After graduating high shool, I thought I can spend an incredible time at the colleage, but it wasn't. After getting a job, it wasn’t. I always had something to do in my life. There is no time which has perfect freedom.
After my pregnancy, I found out there is a better thing than perfect freedom. That’s the power of responsibility.
Limit in time : the way we become wiser
People use to say 'We don't have time.' So many people find the way to make time just like reducing sleep. That's the most easiest way to ruin your life. Maybe we have to consider as 16 hours per day, not 24 hours. In 16 hours per day, How should we spend our time in most efficient way? We need to save our time and increase efficiency.
How about saving time? We need to find out time loss and time we wasted.
How could we increase efficiency?
Time is similar to money. Actually, time is more expensive than money. But people didn’t use them properly.
If you need to earn time, you have to sleep well and do some work-out for improving you brain efficiency. Also you have to make your work done more quickly. How? That's why you have to make lots of good habits in your life. Making habit is automatic system. Automatic system don't use lots of energy. It's almost near by zero.
Maybe I have to check the title I planned. I didn’t expect that I can write the long essay like this. Everyday writing has big power. You can make time as your side.
5 years ago, I had a hard time to stop checking the article in NAVER. But now, I don't have any interest in there right now. I don't give a xx. I decided not to check the e-mail or messangers until 6 p.m. That will be helpful to save my time. I want to save my time for doing more important things in my life, such as making healthy and yummy food for my family, reading more books, writing more essays, doing more productive side project so on.
I was addicted to making a plan. But I couldn't success to make it done. I just made so many plans and then couldn’t make it happen.
Taking action is more important than making plans. Action is all about. Small action makes thing happen.
I had no idea how to action. I kept learning and learning. One day, I realized output is more important than input.
I realized people hard to do output action than learning new things. People misunderstand they are busy to learn something. But only live for learning not making action, life didn’t change at all.
I decided to make online group and studied English everyday. But people hard to sustain something for a long time. I started to read books about habit. I wanted people to make a habit easier than ever.
I’ve read Atomic Habit by James Clear and Good Habit Bad Habit by Wendy Wood. These books are amazing. It had chemistry impact between two books.
Habit is automatic system. If you made some kind of good habit, you can sustain to do that with small energy almost zero.
People wondered why I can live like full of energy. I was not a optimistist. I was blue and I had sarcastic mind in society.
One day, However, I wanted to change my life. I had big dream. I realized I can live only once. I don’t want to regret in my last day.
But I didn’t know how to change it. I’ve started to read books at the first time. Reading books is better than nothing to read. However, you didn’t do any action learning from those books, your life didn’t change at all.
I did action one by one. Small step made me go forward. I’ve changed little by little as person just doing something.
Self-esteem is most important element in our life. If you piled small success up, you can get higher self-esteem.
I wrote these part from top to right here for 25 days. I wrote one by one. I added several sentences everyday.
Maybe I should stop writing. I should revise the essay I wrote so far.
But I realized that to keep something doing is more easier than doing something new.
I’ve been reading a book called ‘Nudge’. It has a similar quotation like this. People want to sustain their situation. It’s hard to change the way you live so far. But I believe people’s eagerness to achieve.

I thought ‘I don’t have time to read.’ But it’s not. I have to make time to read a book everyday. If I didn’t, I realized that I won’t read the book until I die.
