Why people always make things more complicated? I also did the same thing so far. But now I know the most important thing is simplifying. Making simple is more difficult than making complicated. Making things Simple looks so easy but actually it is not. If you need to simplify something, you need to know the essence.
If you want to know the essence, you have to explore it often. That's why we should need some rest and time to think. We need to stop and think, search the essence and explore more. Discern important thing and not. If you can discern important things in your life, you can do better choices. I knew these things from the book <Essentialism> written by Greg Mckeown. It was so impressed and inspired me a lot. Simple, minimalism and essentialism. We should make our life simple and abundant.
