Day 25
I always knew good habit is hard to sustain. Habit is just like almost BAD habit to me. I didn't know about what the HABIT is. Now I know the best way to change your life is making good habit. also there are easiest way to make good habit on your own. I'm so happy to meet the book 'Atomic habit' written by James Clear and I have good small habit such as running everyday and writing english essay everyday.
I want make more good habit and make my life better. Do effort is very hard. You can be exhausted and anxious. But habit don't need effort. If you make a habit, it will be sustainable even you didn't recognize it at all. I'm happy to know all I know and I feel great to I can share it to all.
