I decided not to check the e-mail or messangers until 6 p.m. That will be helpful to sav.. 내가 뭘 원하는지 모르겠어요 자신이 뭘 원하는지 모르는 사람이 의외로 많다. 참 아이러니한 이야기다. 자신이 원하는 걸 자신이 알지 못하면 누가 안단 말인가. 하지만 정말 모르는 사람이 많고 생각해본 적이 없다는 사람도 많다. 자신이 진짜 원하는 게 뭔지 생각할 시간을 내지 못하고 바쁘게만 살아온 것일 수도 있고, 타인의 욕망을 자신의 욕망이라 착각하며 살아온 것일 수도 있다. 그럴때 어디서부터 시작할지 막막한 사람들에게 라는 책 속의 언급된 '비판 게임'을 소개하고자 한다. 토드 로즈의 책 '다크호스' 속 비판 게임은 자신에게 질문들을 던져보는 간단한 게임이다. 글로 적어보고 후에 다시 읽을 수 있게 하는 게 가장 좋다고 생각한다.
